    My online Hikvision DVR is not shown on online devices search in Hik-Connect app

    I have two hikvision DVRs, both works well, and both are online on the same network, I can access to both of them via IP (and via P2P), but the strange problem is when I make online search on the hik-connect app, only one of them is shown (the same one), what could be the problem here?
