    Hi, when I pushing the button door in the VTO, I am getting: "the number you dialed does not exist". What should I configure? Another issue, in the web service I see only 1 facade layout while I have 2. Thanks!

    Dahua IP intercom: VTO3211D-P2 (new P & P4 ) door station - experience, review, firmware support?

    Hi all, I cannot connect the VTH to the VTO. I bought VTO3211D-P2-S1 and VTH5221DW-S2. When I tried to initialize the devices I got the message: "Environment Error". The FW of the VTO is 4.3 and of the VTH is 4.4. I tried to upgrade the VTO fw but it is stuck on 50% and after that I got the...
