Thanks for tip. Now I tried upload firmware from Hikvision China web site - V5.3.0 and camera again reboot and message "Device [192.0.0.64] system update completed!" no displays. But after unplug from power now camera works and run with new firmware (original firmware was V5.2.0).

Seller from Aliexpress has not original chinese firmware from this camera. I tried firware 5.3.0 and 5.2.5 from this forum and Custom Firmware Downgrader with firmware included on zip file.
