4096 in IPConfig. Blue Iris is reporting about 470 kB at 25 fps, 2.1M (about the same as the other Dahua Starlights). I was able to push it as high as I wanted in IPConfig but wasn't seeing any further improvements.

I've tried 3 different power supplies. I've settled on one thats getting about 15.5 VDC at the doorbell. Should that be enough?

I have been trying to get the DB-11 back online for hours. Its rebooting so fast I can't complete the process to add a device to IMOU. Don't know what else to try here. I have six other Dahua cams working without issue... this one appears to be a piece of junk.

Mine went offline again today and now i can't get any video stream. Going to have to factory reset it again.

FWIW, the above factory reset procedure with holding down the reset button while power cycling did not work to reset my DB-11. I tried it multiple times. What worked was holding the reset button for about 5 seconds until dark blue light came one, then releasing and hitting it again to start...

Factory reset and fiddled with it for a while and got it back online. I left it sitting with the IMOU app running and the camera died again. Note I also tried to save a configuration setting via ConfigTool at about the same time. So I suspect either the live stream or ConfigTool is causing...

Gadget, thanks for the ConfigTool info. I bumped up the bitrate and it immediately cleaned up the image. Probably as good as I'm going to get without an extender. Appreciate the hep.

Thanks, Gadget. No surprise but I can't find any wedge kits to angle the camera better. There are tons of kits available for Ring cameras... wonder if the size is close enough that I could make one of them work?
