Know this thread is old.... Replaced a bad HDD in same model NVR, decided to upgrade from 3.x firmware to 4.x firmware. Same boot loop. Should have known better! Having a hard time finding the 3.x firmware....sent a message to dahua support nothing yet and probably won't respond...Any place...

IVS shows as optional for the SD29204T-GN, how does it get enabled? Different firmware purchase? Nevermind....think I figured it out ;-)

Can any one confirm if theDH_IPC-HX4XXX-Eos_Chn_EngHARD_PN_Stream3_V2.420.0000.22.R.20161209_BETA1.bin posted here will work with the HDBW4431R-ZS model? From an earlier part of the thread, it appears that these models are a different partition format. Just trying to find the latest firmware...
