I apologize in advance for replying to such an old thread, but I had created an account on ipcamtalk to specifically thank KizerAir and km_fish_3 for discovering this workaround/solution. Shame on Nightowl for hiding the RTSP settings in a development menu. I have an old Nightowl "DVR8-HDA7"...
