When I draw the intrusion lines, it will allow me to draw only 3 contiguous lines(left mouse button) then it basically stops allowing me to draw additional lines and it does not display the "drawing is completed" message.

I totally hear you. I perform troubleshooting on a daily basis for others and I know where you're coming from. I find it interesting that we are not able to ssh into these devices and see what services are running or not, and be able to look at logs. Flying blind, lol

Yes I verified that 192.168.1.108 is not being used by any other device on my network. The config tool did not locate the camera. Tried the config tool on both a mac and win10 pc. Nothing.
