Flashing red stands for "Abnormal Status". These are a few things to look for to help:
1.Remove SD Card and reinsert, may need to be reformatted from the app as well
2.Remove Db2 from power and let the Db2 power down totally, then reconnect to power.
3. Check for firmware update...
Those cameras will do 192.168.1.13 if there is no DHCP pool on the network it is connected to. By default it should have DHCP enabled and will pull an unused IP address from your network,

I totally understand that. I've seen many products last much longer than their warranty period for sure.
Nonetheless, if it does stop working after the warranty, it should be no problem for us to hook you up with a good replacement.
We typically dont have many replacement parts for cams. We may have spare mounting hardware, but actual camera parts are hard to come by.
That PTZ has a 3 year warranty and i havent really seen many fail from the countless amount that we've sold over the last year.
But if anything does happen...
