Hi Andy, After upgrading to June 2020 (DH_IPC-HX2XXX-Molec_MultiLang_PN_V2.800.0000000.19.R.200628.bin), and then upgrading to July 2021 (General_IPC-HX2XXX-Molec_MultiLang_NP-CustomPro-Pd_V2.820.15OG000.0.R.210706) worked perfect and update was succesfully! Thank you very much!

Thank you Andy! This new firmware System Version: V2.800.0000000.14.R, Build Date: 2020-02-29 solved the ONVIF snapshot problem. After succesfully installing the 14.R firmware, and defaulting the settings afterwards, it works again! The 14.R firmware can be found in the startpost of this thread...

Same here. After installing V2.800.0000000.10.R, Build Date: 2019-11-23 (coming from V2.800.0000000.3.R, Build Date: 2019-08-16) ONVIF snapshotting doesn't seem to work correctly anymore.
