  hello louiseliu007, do you still help people with Hikvision password resets ?
  
  i had some contact with Hikvision but so far i haven't got a lot of responses. I have an NVR which has the newer password protection. If you still help people then please let me know when you would have the time.

  I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2135F-IS Mini Dome Camera that had been working since March 2016. I forgot the admin password. The admin password reset tool doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to reset this camera to factory settings? Can you help me? Thanks.
