    I don't think so, as these streets are very wide. There is a slight dip right there for a sewer drain.

    It was so loud I thought someone might have hit a deer. A person walking up the far street (just to the left of the Stop sign) turned around to see what happened. It was the front passenger side tire that suddenly ruptured.

    The runner comes down the street, then rests on the corner for 5 minutes. During this time it appears the runner was not feeling well. At one point they drop their phone in the street. After 5 minutes the get up and run back up the street.

    During this stop a city Parking Compliance vehicle drives by and the driver waits until it turns the corner before taking one last toke and emptying bong water in the street.

    Down Line Between Power Poles

    Here is a photo of the line that broke, indicated by the red oval. It was a support line. It is between the primary and secondary lines. One of the primary lines was damaged but still worked. They came back at night to fix it. They turned off the power for about 30 minutes to fix the lines...

    About 500 miles away from those fires. Northern California has had a normal rainfall, while Southern California has had below average and is in a drought conditions for some areas.

    A line came down in our yard last night, along with a shower of sparks. Power flickered briefly but stayed on. The line broke right above our yard. It was a support line for the primary.
