    I think the bike rider hit a neighbor's car. The bike broke apart on impact. The rider and his friend appeared to be in a hurry to leave the area. They carried the broken pieces away.

    Correct, supposedly, the city had drones launched from fire stations to patrol for these type of shows and dispatch the police. I don't think they were operating after midnight around here.
