Confirmed the camera works just fine, it was the tree branches getting in between. Thanks all for your help.

Alright, making some progress with IE. The trip lines show properly now. Yet there are no rectangles when people walk by, and the camera doesn't move at all. Any thoughts on what to fix or check next?

So I am trying to configure Deep IVS on my new camera but it's not working. I set up a rule yet the live view detects nothing and shows no lines. I tried both tripwire and intrusion with no luck. I must be missing something very basic but can't find answers after browsing online for a while...
