I'm trying to add a camera to my iVMS-4200 software via the Cloud P2P. When I do this I get the following error: "Adding failed. (OpenSDK[30500].) Has anyone seen this and have a work around?

I figured it out. Thanks to everyone. I needed to point to litedev.us.hik-connect.com

Router is on DHCP. Camera is not and SADP is showing 192.168.254.2. I can hit the IP there and it works perfect on browser. My computers ethernet port is setup to see that range and I my camera works fine in the browser mode via live view.

Didn't work. This is really odd.

Cable from notebook computer to POE power switch then to camera. My notebook computer is getting internet service via Wi-Fi to my ATT internet router.

DNS was set to 8.8.8.8 Firmware is more current then what's on Hak-Vision USA web site. Very Odd? 4.4.2.2 as alternate did not work either. It is not seeing the internet for some reason?

I have a HikVision Camera, model DS-2DE4A425IW-DE, and I have it directly connected to my note book computer (really trying to isolate to find problem at this point). I'm able to log into the camera and everything works perfectly. However, I can not get the Hik-Connect platform to go "online"...
