    I have just gone to alter a zone on a cloned camera, but no image is showing to allow me to change. The image on the status tab is blank aswell, but the image is showing on the main camera that they are cloned off. Anyone with any idea what could cause this. I am using v5.9.8.5 x64

    I have 2 cloned cameras that have stopped recordings, and also showing signal loss.

    I have 2 cloned cameras that have been working fine, now they both show in the status window (camera setting/General) that they have signal loss. Both are still showing video in main screen, but neither will trigger on alerts. Anyone know why before I delete them and start again. TIA

    I have made a new group, but it does not show on mobile. I cant remember how to choose it to show up, I think I did something on BI but cant remember. I'm using version 5.7.7.18

    I am having trouble opening the camera webpage to see the settings page. When I try, I receive a message to download a plugin called "HsWebPlugin", I have done this but still can't open it. Is there any software which I could use to see the camera webpage ?
