@war4peace My PTZ came in. My ptz spotlights turn on and off when it gets dark. If my electrical floodlight turns on the PTZ spotlights turn off. My camera Dahua SDT4E425-4F-GB-A-PV1 4MP+4MP 25x PTZ

These cameras use "AI" I bet some of the configs won't work the same because your camera is not connected to the internet.

@war4peace I don't have the same model camera as you, but I set up my camera "in "Warm Light Mode". It turns on and off at sunset and sunrise. About your camera can you post a video at night? With that PTZ camera, I wanted the spotlight (white light) to only come on when it saw people walking...

Check Video/Audio Tab, Video Encoding make sure it's on H.264 H.264+ select Off Then under Image go to Backlight Settings turn off WDR ( I hate that I have it off but if you want 60 FPS turn it off)

Reolink cameras are not crap they work fine. You need to plug the reolink into your computer LAN and access it first. Set the IP address of the camera to whatever IP range your NVR is using. Before you do that set the username and password and whatever other changes you want. Once you reboot...

I have this camera and and 3 RLC-410 cameras connected to Reolink 8 channel PoE NVR. It records fine.
