Yeah, guess it's time to start evaluating a replacement. The ReoLink seems to be the most reasonable at this point...though bit annoyed this didn't last a bit longer.

Anyone ever find a suitable replacement for the sensor cover for these? Mine is really cracked and needs some kind of replacement/additional protection.

So....if my transformer is reading 18.5 v or so (checked at the transformer and because of awkward placement tested at the doorbell to confirm)...what do I get as a replacement? :) Only seen 16v and 24v mentioned so far.

It reconnected fine once I restarted it - and I have the LaView app due to an issue I had around the mechanical chime toggle. So...it just stopepd working with the app and ringing the bell with no notification...but kept the RTSP stream working. Really really odd.

No - I can open the stream, watch it while the app isn't connected. So...simultaneously.

So...having a weird new problem. The doorbell disconnects from the app now - and stops actually ringing - but I can still stream from it in MotionEye and via various other apps. If I power-cycle, it reconnects and is fine. Somewhat baffled...this really isn't behavior that's fine w/o some...

Well..that worked. Very stupid from a EZViz app perspective I must say.

That would need me to change the firmware, right? Really stupid they removed the ability to use a mechanical chime by default.

So...mine has decided to stop working with my physical chime all of a sudden. Just...nothing. I honestly don't know how long it's been an issue but I'm getting no indoor chimes at all. I have the powerpak thing installed...but there doesn't seem to be an option in the app to toggle type of...

Sorry for the delay...holidays and all. In the attached you can see the bounce off my brick wall that's resulting in almost nothing else being visible.

How have people dealt with IR reflection? My door is recessed about a foot so getting some major IR reflection off the bricks next to the door even with the tilted mount at night.

Well, my doorbell just went offline and I can't get it to reset. Is there something special you need to do? Light is still blue around the button but holding the button in does nothing. Ok...this is weird. It's offline in the EZViz app but not via the stream. And the doorbell isn't ringing...

I got mine from Amazon and did a firmware update via the app once I had it installed over the weekend. That was it.
