Hello, I have Grandstream NVR 3552, and I can't joined my reoling RLC- 411 with him. This is recognised as IPC_122 and is not joined. The realy name of hardware is IPC_3816M. I have a second cam MiniPtz_V2.0.1_build201701131443 who can be connected without problem. If anybody can help me...
