Same here- mine kicked off 2 months early so I paid for an annual extension - then it went into eval so I realized after I paid for 12 months more that it was 2 months too soon (5/23) - sure hope they have backups because this is a long time to restore a daily backup.
Ok what I purchased was a maint/support key - is this not an annual extension? It says to enter your 4/5 key - so the weird 2 month early deactivation confused me on what to buy apparently. Hope I can figure out how to convert/refund and buy the right thing or am I reading this right I bought...
Both - I assumed 2 months ago that my license was due - so I paid some extended thing.. then today I inspected my annual last year and realized that it was to expire this month, not 2 months ago.
I'm certain something is going on today but why would it expire two months early (I'm going to wait...
It expired 5/13/23 and I assumed well I can extend it and i paid for an extension, Then almost 2 months later it goes into eval.
Then I realized that It only lasted 10 months so perhaps 2 months ago was an error and the beginning of this down event?
Noticed my 7/25/22 key expired 5/13/23.... didn't realize it hadn't been a year - only 10 months so I bought an extended support key not realizing I should have two more months.
Now it shows eval and my key is "expired". This was even before the outage today so somerhing was wrong two months ago.
Found out that I could open two instances of BI and process two videos at a time. I wish I had found this out previously but wanted to update this.
As you can see on January 16th I was just leaving ICU (It was a rough 3 weeks) and I'm starting to normalize... best I can explain it lol. Still...
Just got out of ICU, had a heart attack. Im just getting it back together a bit.
Appreciate everyone's response (As I maintain these files downloading to not fill up the system) ill try this week some of the suggestions.
I'm doing a time lapse project in the south land (Los Angeles) and the camera/pc is creating 4gb BVR files.
I'm having to open each one and then exporting them into timelapse videos that end up being about 10k (Significantly smaller).
Is there a way to batch convert into this extremely small...
