News... I have configured FreePBX 15 on a VM exactly like you said... connected everything. I can make calls but the video does not show at all. I think this might be related with my actual hardware, VTO2000A is quite old might be diffrent than yours. So I went back to FreePBX 16 configured...

Another idea from riogrande was to setup VTO as a SIP server, standard config.... and them do a sip trunk to a free extention 9901#2 for example, group call active... all calls will be sent to all VTHs and PBX

Ok will do, VTO and VTHs on the latest versions as well... Will test later.

Issue might be the version, Ibgot v15 today installed it and it's fresh. Will configure everything later and check.
