Hi everyone, I've tried to update my outdoor station to the most recent version V3.1 but ConfigTool doesn't let me to. A few weeks ago, I updated it to V2.1 but I installed the firmware for VTO2000A, while I think I have a VTO2000A-2 (it says so at the "information section" of ConfigTool)...

I would like to connect it with my phone (P2P). Any other options to do this?

Subnet & gateway are now the same, but still same problem. Web interface doesn't load completely.

I see now that the subnet of my computer is 255.255.255.0 and the intercom 255.255.0.0 but ConfigTool is not allowing me to change it. Could this be the problem?
