I think I read somewhere that not all routers support the vpn method. I have the UBEE modem but not sure what all it is capable of.

I have come to the same conclusion.I guess that's what you get from Tech Support from another country. Pretty sad!

They have helped me setup port forwarding and I still can not connect. When I try to add the camera it tells me :can not find the network host. how would port forwarding solve my problem if I can not find the network?

When you say fixed ip.. i take it that that ip should be your home network ip address that does not fluctuate or change?

Hello all! I purchased the Fortress Security system and I have one quick question in regards to the motion sensors. The question is.. can you put two motion sensors in the same room to make it much harder to get around them, or will they interfere with one another?
