It does not completely come off. the cable has a big ferrite core on it and it will not fit through the mount to take it off completely

Nice!!! I have it mounted about 5 ft. This can be adjusted. also I do not have problems with anyone parking in the culdesac. It’s a private road with 6 homes. All my neighbors are on board with doing this so everyone respects my space.
