Any one has any ideas for me to try ?

I had these few IP cams bought from amazon and this BVCAM to get streaming of my cameras from externally from home wife . this stopped working. Does any one know what ports these CAMs use and not sure if they are onvif complaint. Sorry to post it in this forum but did not see any other...
