The windows firewall will do that sometimes! haha I usually turn that off quickly to troubleshoot if that is the issue. It looks like codeproject added a rule automatically for me though during installation.

You need the IP your DHCP server in your router assigned the PC codeproject server is running on followed by the port. For example http://192.168.1.150:32168/ or 192.168.1.150:32168
