Thanks, I tried this but it did not work. I reset the camera in the end and this kicked the memory card in to life :thumb: - Might be worth adding this to the 101?

Afternoon, I have just installed a Sandisk 32gb Ultra now that my cloud sub has expired. It is reading as 'normal' following initializing. When I go in to the Hik-Connect to play the event it comes up with "FAILED TO SEARCH THE VIDEO. ERROR CODE: 380070"
Anyone have any ideas please?
Resolved. Took out the power kit as I presumed this was required. Fitted bell wires directly to transformer and it kicked back in to life :) All up and running now, time to add to NVR etc :)
Hi, I have just purchased a UK DB1. I am using it without a chime and have run new bell wire as there was not any prior to this. Once power connected I heard the startup voice and started to pair to network. I lost WIFI during setup so tried to reset. For some reason I can't get any lights...
Looking at getting one of these DB soon to marry up with my soon to be purchased Hikvision CCTV/NVR. I have had a look at the 101 and can't seem to find an answer for my question so an answer would be appreciated. I am looking for something than will enable me to have a (ideally) plug in chime...
