Did you update the doorbell camera to the latest firmware? I have a DS-7716NXI-I4/S (E) and a DS-KB8113-IME1(B). Both are on the latest firmware. I have deleted the DS-KB8113-IME1(B) first and then added it as access control device which works without issues. Did you also reboot the doorbell... -

Not sure how to fix that. Mine has the same account/password as the nvr so setting the default activation password when adding works. -

I registered to this forum because I had the same question as you but I've just figured it out by myself. It's not a bug or anything. A doorbell simply stopped being a video device and is now an access control device. Go to device access ---> Device ---> Access control device: You will see that...
