Ok. Sounds good. I updated the firmware manually from their downloads section. For anyone reading this and needing help, my new firmware is the below:

Looks like my camera rolled back the PTZ...
Also - looks like my firmware was already up to date. Is this what you are running?

Ok - updating firmware now. Out of curiosity, what selections are you using for your video make and model (Im using Dahua, *Main Stream RTSP) and for PTZ I am using Dahua New V5. My edit button is greyed out on the PTZ tab, so I am not sure where I would enter the ONVIF login that I created...
Can you expand on where you entered the Onvif account? I am currently having trouble with the same camera. Actually I have always had trouble with it. I only get intermittent control of PTZ with it. From any source, be it the server, the app, or UI3. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
