Im well aware of the FW PTZ issue and have recovered similar models successfully. What I am suggesting is to look at fixing the issue by updating the firmware to a stable version that recovers the PTZ fault. As opposed to looking for a physical fix. Perhaps I didn't word it clearly enough for...
