    Ok, so when you say no success I'm guessing you mean it successfully updated the firmware but that still didnt fix the PTZ issue? Also what process are you using, are you using Internet Explorer to access menu. Is there a PTZ config menu showing if so? Or not there?

    Ok, and are you familiar with connecting via internet explorer? Then install the plugin, net surveillance to access the cameras menu from a PC? You will need to find a firmware version that recovers PTZ issue. I cant say confidently there is or isn't one available for your exact model, I did...

    Im well aware of the FW PTZ issue and have recovered similar models successfully. What I am suggesting is to look at fixing the issue by updating the firmware to a stable version that recovers the PTZ fault. As opposed to looking for a physical fix.
