    Thanks. I read this on redit. They also said over there that when the camera detects motion it sends a signal to BI to register it. I'm testing that out now. I can easily zone out the tree in the camera but I don't see where this is possible in BI.

    I have the gray UI so it must be a S2. I also found the smart IR check box so I guess that answers my question. Thanks EDIT - I updated the firmware using the Smart IR version and now I have a much improved image. Go figure. :)

    Can't get v6 running

    BI 6 has been running perfectly for me since the initial snafu. The fix I posted above came from BI support, it fixed my problem and thus is legit beyond question. And for the record, I'm running BI on Win 11 Enterprise and it's a totally different animal from Home and Pro.

    Camera is PTZ425DB-AT. I DL'ed and installed AImodelpack.exe and it seems to be working but after a detect the camera remains pointed at where it stopped. In most cases this renders tracking useless. I need it to return to preset one after a detect. I can find no such setting. Any help much...
