    Hi people I purchased the top-201 and have it working via the cms software and on android via the ipcam viewer app. My question is how do I get it to record to a nas device when it detects movement, I can find the settings for local recordings but I dont want to keep a pc running 24/7...?

    Can anyone tell if an old power supply off a netgear router will be safe to power this cam? Its labelled AC-DC 12v 1.5amp? Im too scared of blowing something up to even it power it on at the moment!

    Oh dear...that's very disappointing. So just to be clear - I will have to use the mobile app to monitor the cam from outside my local network? What about from inside my LAN will I not be able to access it via a web browser or be able to set my own static ip etc? Thanks for taking the time to reply
