    BI found the camera and selected ONVIF, change the Network IP to Amcrest/Dahua and the PTZ will work just fine.

    you can add a second IP address to your NIC if you are using static IP addressing, you can put a second subnet that matches the camera, only that PC will be able to access them. But that that doesn't help you at all with bandwidth on you network, But it does isolate the cameras.

    BTW, i am assuming the R8000 didn't take away the ability to reserve the IP on the Router, that's my preferred method of Using a Fixed IP. if your ISP changes settings on there side, you don't have to change anything on the PC's, let the router do its Job.
