My issue is there still after swap, beginning to think its defective or the wiring in the house is not wired properly as I tried to get a reading of the transformer and the multimeter is not showing the right numbers

I have swapped my transformer and it is 16v 30va and I am still getting the issue "too many viewers, failed to play" and when thus happens, the chime does not work as well. Seems like no one else has this problem so I'm not sure if the product is defective or not

Did you change the doorbell transformer? I am still using the original one that my home has. I am having trouble finding the transformer in my house

If it was the transformer, wouldn't the device not work at all especially the chime or what other issues would it cause?

Any luck on what the issue is? You think its the device itself?

I don't think its a power issue as it works perfectly fine then it will stop working with the message "too many viewers, failed to play" in the Ezvis app. RSTP basically freezes to a still imagine of the last time it was working and the doorbell will not work. Reset is what solves the issue but...

Sorry but I forgot to mention that the doorbell does not work at all and the RTSP stops recording like it froze. The reset will fix it for about a day and it will happen again, this has been going on for about 1 week now. Not sure if the product is defective?
