    Windows 10, Blue Iris 4 and 0xC00007b and the case of the missing .DLL's

    Same thing here. Trying to start BI would get an 0xC000007b error on Win 10. Installed Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 and BI is now running. Much thanks to previous posters!
