ok well done .i connected my DVR on local mode with VGA port and login with default account. After i Creatated a new admin user . when admin account is blacklisted we can not acces to DVR just with local mode. The rebooting or plugoff the DVR for 1hour dn't slove the problem. thanks for help

Dear all, Sorry for my bad english first. I have a new DVR Dahua DHI HCVR4104HS-S3 all installtion and configuration well done. But when i setting up my smat phone using gDMSS application the admin account was locked :( . I can not access to DVR " account blacklist" . Please i need help urgently...
