    Thanks Robert, Monocle is working great for me with the proxy solution you provided as a workaround for my off-off-brand (JideTech) cheap camera. And thanks for all the help working through the issues. I can finally use my camera with my Echo Show.

    So I assume that typically the number of ports mirrors the number of channels? They wouldn't sell a 4-port NVR that supports 8 channels?
