I selected H.265 in the config tool. I think you will find once you set the codec in the config tool, it will play that codec no matter what you type into the rtsp address info. At least that is the case for me using VLC media player. -

I found I can put any text after the IP address except for "Streaming/Channels/102" into the "Open Network Stream" input of VLC and it always streams the 1536x1536 H.265 stream according to VLC's codec information. This worked even with: rtsp:/admin: pass@<Enter IP Address>/h264_stream or... -

I don’t have any NVR or BI, just stand alone door bell and I get the lock out. My AP is an Asus RT-AC68U connected to a Ubiquity EdgeRouter-X. I don’t think this lockout is router dependent. Maybe cookies in the browser? Maybe try incognito mode for initial login? Sent from my iPhone using... -

Are you using IE? You have to use IE due to the ActiveX dependency. I just tried to log in and got the “your device is locked…please try again in 27 minutes”. I haven’t found any rhyme or reason for this behavior yet. If I wait, it usually works after the allotted time. Sent from my iPhone... -

I’m on 4.15.0.1167978 on my iPhone. I noticed the auto answer yesterday and turned it off. I don’t see any supplemental light settings. My firmware is 1.4.62 171225. I also get locked out when accessing the camera web page even when I’m on my LAN. Haven’t tried troubleshooting yet. Might be...
