    Well I just didn't no this. I purchased Diamond DahuaOEM SD5A825GA and it has the same issue so I sent it back thinking there something wrong with the firmware. Why have a duration time ,idle time, etc I saw your post researching a new ptz u have any recondemation.

    I don't believe the auto tracking is working correct. I was watching your video and the motion duration was set to 300 and it went back to home. Can u check this and see if that's true.
