Well, I have received last week from China the DS-2DE4A425IWG-E model, it came with FW V5.7.4 build 221130, but it doesnt have any smart tracking on PTZ submenu.... But, I don't know if previous models has a x300 digital zoom that its very powerfull, and algoritm that feels good to catch good...

Look if your settings are like this on Safari on login and main page of NVR. It must be not checked "enable content blockers", Auto-Play set to "Allow Auto Play", and Pop-up Windows be "Allow".

After entered address NVR it shows login page, and then main interface that I attach I think you could not upgrade to latest firmware on NVR. Mine is v4.0 according to my NVR model.

At present I think is better to use webpage NVR interface on V4 than SmartPSS on Mac trough app.. It still works but it is obsolete to new features like AI, etc.. I hope Dahua make a good app with all new features 100% working on Mac Os including new BigSur os coming soon.

Sorry for late reply. I could do this, with IVS trigger and setup moving to determined preset or tour, and use the function on camera to return to main preset after a period of time. I test it on a SD22204T-GN. Regards

I installed MacOS Catalina and SmartPSS 2.00.0 (2018-05-07) still working. But it has any features I like to work better on Mac. Not PC-NVR so I can't record to my Mac disks.. Any solution at this issue? Regards

Hello, I had tried to work this part of software on my Mac to record direct to disk inside my computer, but PC-NVR is not working on Mac OS... Any solution or similar soft to make this happens? Regards
