I cannot get this cam to provide any sound, just static if I turn the volume way up. Not in the Live playback, nor via Blue Iris. Audio is enabled. I do hear a difference in the amount of static when turning the Noise Filter on and off, but just no actual sounds, just static. Any thoughts?

@misio9 Any update on your focus issues? The focus on these cams has me somewhat concerned. The focus as show by @Wildcat_1 videos has a seems lot of issues past a short distance.

@rockyjones Have you upgraded to 5.4.9.1 or above? Those versions do contain the fix for the crashing I was seeing.

Again, server grade hardware. ECC memory, redundant power supplies, etc, all power protected via industrial UPSs. I can assure you that if the hardware was having issues I would see it in my monitoring tools.

If your CPU is too new to use the ONE driver listed in the wiki that does not have issues, you're out of luck. Just turn off intel quick sync, report the issue to support and maybe at some point in the future this defect might be mitigated or fixed.
