It is my interpretation that WiFi vs wired refers ONLY to network connectivity and does not refer to power at all. Both WiFi and wired cameras come with the common A/C plug with 12V converter, Wired cameras usually have PoE (Power over Ethernet) option available.

Looking at the video, you wonder how anyone could have survived that. From what I have read, no one in the apartment building that was hit were killed, and the only fatality was the pilot. The other crew survived. This could change though.
