    Thanks for the reply duplo, the systems only about 8 months old, it was after the DMSS update. The cams haven't been updated for about 2 months

    Looking for help with ios DMSS. I get alert alarm’s but can’t view live or recorded video. Was working fine up until a week ago, it all seemed to happen after the 1.99.602 update, I have since upgraded to 1.99.610. and still the same, any ideas?

    How did you go with the new 1.99.610 update MC? Updated mine still the same, deleted app and re- installed, nada

    Hello I put in this Dahua system over six months ago and running with ios DMSS system has been trouble free until in the last week while I out here at work. I can’t play live feed or recorded, but I do get alarm messages from cams with what looks like a generic picture of and dresser and chair...
