    You can solve this issue by turning off Hik Connect. The "reolution not supported" message is false. If you turn off Hik Connect, add cameras, then turn on Hik Connect again, it should work.

    The sollution is: after export of XML file, DONT turn of NVR. First import the new reset file!

    Did you re-install it to another drive than default (c)? For me the sollution was to install it on D drive

    In my case, there is no ini file to edit. My solution was to de-install VSPlayer en reinstall it on f.e. the D drive. Then i didnt find any problems anymore.
