    OK...what a shitty response...but i have 1 out of 4 good working camera i purchased from a seller that "to my knoledge has never been back to this forum. I got suckered. Even thought i wasnt holding down the reset button long enough. Couldnt log in via config tool withour the unique password. (after searching for ip address)

    So IMHO - go to Andy's site for refurbished cams/equipment or risk getting taken advantage of.
