I may have found the issue. Going to let things run for several hours, but so far RAM is stable. I will let everyone who has helped here know if things are resolved and what was responsible.

Thank you for the insight. I just ran Memtest86 for about an hour and a half with zero errors. I am running windows 10 pro with an RTX 1080 video card. Recommendations? Also, with the exception of deepstack, I am not using hardware acceleration or GPU.

It did! Today I am turning off blue iris for multiple hours to ensure nothing else can be causing the issue. There is almost nothing on the system, but I gotta try something.
