Automated way for the 54IR Day and Night profile to change?

I thought day/night relied strictly on the light sensor?

I use Customized Scene
I goofed! My recall of my steps was wrong:

"I "force" my Day/Night:
Select Customized Scene >
Day > configure settings > Apply
Night>configure settings> Apply
Select Day/Night Switch > Apply"

I swapped the steps for Day/Night and Customized Settings.

The post should have been:

I "force" my Day/Night settings:
Select Day/Night Switch >
Day > configure settings > Apply
Night>configure settings> Apply
Select > Customized Scene
Verify settings match those set for Day/Night Switch > Apply
Customized Scene is the setting I operate from

This is what I have been doing. If I am wrong, please let me know. :smash:

Sorry it took me so long to realize my errors.

I use Customized scene.
I set it to Customized Scene
I simply use the drop down for day and night and set and save each.
I never touch the scene profile

Thank you! I will do it in future without the CS check. I will just configure Day/Night Switch > Apply >Customized Scene > Apply.
I still haven't gotten to the point of posting the settings of some testing for feedback, so this is a step in that direction.
