Recommendation for a webcam that can rotate between a few positions?

I'm a big fan of Dahua PTZ cameras, been using them for years. I'm helping a friend upgrade his camera at his campground. Currently he has a Nest camera but it got water inside it after a few years. Can see it currently here:

It's quite a view. I was thinking it would be nice to upgrade to a PTZ camera that can rotate between a few different views on a timer.

Any recommendations by chance?

That's why we're getting something new. Water got inside of the current one. It had a good run, but obviously it's time for something new.

Budget is $500 or less probably.
