There is a lot of advertising going on about the wavy perforations. Distract you with that and you might not notice the smaller size.

I'm going to beat this dead horse one last time! The picture I posted must have been an HEB roll. This picture is from Costco the other day. Northern is the one on top at 4.5"x4.2. The Scott is much smaller at 4.1x3.7.
