In shopping for a new NVR, I came across the LTS VSN7208-P8 which is advertised as NDAA compliant. It is my understanding that LTS recorders were generally made by Hikvision but apparently not the Pro-VS series. Does anyone know who might be making these NVRs or have any experience in using them?
