Sometimes you read something on the Internet and your first gut reaction is this is just trolling. 
But, supposedly this is true and did happen . . .
Story: Supervisor asks the new guy if he has ever changed a switch in a home / business.
Green rookie says yes absolutely because another person showed him how.
Supervisor tells him to go swap out a few old switches for new ones in a room and to leave the outlets alone. As he will show him later how to.
Hours later he follows up with the green rookie and finds this?!?
