thoughts on my first planned setup

Hey All this is my first post and looking for some opinions!
does my setup make sense or should I take a different approach/use different equipment?
house is in the city in a very urban area
I'm open to suggestions about more cameras to add

Planning on running Blue iris on a small pc and setup the 2 following cams

cam1 = an overview cam thinking IPC-T54IR-AS 2.8MM TURRET
I would want cam 1 to just alert me if anyone comes into the yard
the 2nd photo below is how cam 1 will look

Cam 2= IPC-T54IR-ZE-S3 would be used for facial recognition and point straight out to see anyone entering
will be located right above the ground floor window
camera to gate is 26 ft
outside the gate I have about 16 ft of sidewalk that gets heavy traffic
cam 2 to the end of the sidewalk totals about 40 ft

I had a reolink cx410 in my cam 1 spot (picture below) that I returned. It was a 3.6mm and I had trouble fitting the yard in my shot so I think the 2.8 should be a better fit.
cam 2 is going to be about 6ft high from people on the street/ coming in. I mention this because of the steps and elevation change

a night shot of the front of the house I have a decent amount of lighting and 2 bright street lamps 75 ft from the home
flood lights next to the door at the top of the stairs
flood lights above the door on the ground floor

Later on I plan to add a camera at the top of the stairs but for now we have a ring doorbell that I'll replace once I get a basic setup going

Just a though, but perhaps cam 1 would be a good spot for a 180 cam?

I wouldn’t be opposed to a dual lens and never really considered it. The street is very busy so I would worry about false positives since I might get a lot of the street in the shot(not sure how much till I get that type of cam up I guess) and I would like the overview cam to have detection on within the yard

I think I have enough light for color but I don’t think I absolutely need 4K color either in case there are other options in this realm

I have eliminated the false positives by using a trip wire and placing it only where you want notification if someone is in that area.
